What u need to prepare:
1 Drawing of your choice(pencil sketch ) – make sure it looks good
2 If u have a technical Pen, Bring it! (E.G. A Copic multiliner , Any other will do just as fine)
3 A Backup copy Incase u mess up your first Piece (it could be another drawing of yours)
4 Also .. .. .. Remind your fellow clubmates about Sats lesson. (unless u dont want them to come)

All of you must be busy with your MSTs (Mid Semester Tests… a.k.a. Mid-Terms…) right? Well not to worry, for lessons will officially be canceled until the Saturday of the Mid-Terms week, which will be next week from the time of posting this announcement.
ALL manga classes till then will be cancelled and you will have our blessings for doing well in your Mid-Terms. Remember to be in the best of health, as having to re-take the test is a huge hassle.
I would also like to take the opportunity to tell everyone to prepare enough paper and markers, black or very dark pencils for the Saturday class, for the topic will be on inking. On the previous Wednesday outing to iluma and to Bras Brasah, we have shown you what was available at Art Friend, and what kind of markers you will be expected to have (if you have the money to invest in it.) So make your purchases if you need to, and make your preparations, both for your Mid-Terms and for Manga Class!
We will be going for a Shabu Shabu Buffet At bugis this wenesday 24 june. for those who are comming, meet us at bugis mrt by 10.30am. BE Early. i suggest u to be there by 10++. It cost 13bucks with drinks inculded. Well.. also get rdy to pay your own gst as well.*edit* BRING UR STUDENT PASS OR PAY 99 dollars for ur meal!
Next, after our lunch …. we will be holding reviews on what u guys have done for the cosfest(ur drawings ect) so bring along ur art works….

“Dream Walker” is a fantasy manga tracing the protagonist, Yume’s adventures in the dreamscape and how she develops her ability to fight against the demonic Boumas together with her mentor, Muca, the cat.
And it is produced, drawn and storyboarded in Singapore. Created by Xuan of Comicpandora, Singapore’s first female dojin artist. And no it’s not some dojinshi that is only available at Cosfest and such… It’s a real official production! Supervised by the artist of Celestial Zone, Mr. Wee Tian Beng, the title is now available at all good bookshops…
wow… in this month alone there are 2 local productions, first being Resident Tourist vol 3 and then Dream Walker… I’m so trilled! I will be heading down to get a copy of each soon, you might want to come back for a review then.

Update: Price of the dream walker is $8.05 after GST. And it’s a rather good book, just got it today. A almost pocket sized booked for easy portability… I think.
