Rare FSS kit

Someone is selling the above item, which is a very rare FSS(The Five Star Story) kit. For US$2500(SG$3597.25) on ebay… The amazing thing is not the price which is downright expensive for me…

But the height of the kit after you completed is 1870mm tall, for those whose not very good at conversion it is 1.87m.

The package weights 40+ kg(85lb) and the box size is also very big…

So what kit is it really?

It’s a Volks made mortar head, 1/100 MM JAGD Mirage Twin Tower resin kit, made in Japan. Currently it is out of production, meaning no reissues…

This kit is part of Volks Mechanical Moving Series Special Edition I, released in the year 1999

Other related story, Volks is going to be re issuing the 2 Knight of Gold models (Joker 3100 and Over the 7777) and Patraqushe Mirage ranging from 3200 3600 yen onwards, coming this mid feb.

Also 1/100 Scale High-Spec Mortar Messiah Assembly kit have been re issued and is now on sale at 81000 yen. The next most expensive? we’ll see…

Currently There is still no confirmation if the other two FSS plastic kits will be re-issued. Looks like everyone have to wait for the Volks re-issues Fair coming this Feb
